We are looking for an experienced Project Manager residing within an easily commutable distance to one of our offices: Ridgefield, Connecticut USA, Mexico City, or Montreal. Although primarily a remote position, there will be occasions requiring in-office collaboration with team members.

The Project Manager has the primary responsibility for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to budget, working in collaboration with teams across our locations to deliver work to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large projects. This includes but is not exclusive to:
  • Clarification of all assumptions
  • Creation and daily management of the plan/timeline
  • Inform their team or their roles and responsibilities throughout the project
  • Manage the budget
  • Minimize and manage effectively the project risks
  • Ensure the goals of the project are clearly understood and delivered
  • Monitor progress throughout the project and manage deviations.
  • Completion of retrospectives and delivery of subsequent actions
  • Liaise with clients & 3rd Parties to set expectations, agree milestones and delivery of work
  • Manage job planning and status meetings, both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with internal teams to deliver scheduled work on time and within budget
  • Scheduling, resource and task assignments, time and resource tracking using internal systems
  • Determine strategy, gather requirements, define project scope with clients and manage all scope change during the project
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prepare internal and external project reports identifying risks and minimizing Company’s exposure to risk
  • Coordinates with internal teams and clients to facilitate testing both internal and external.
  • Identify add-on sales opportunities relating to post-project sales
  • Liaise with the Internal Client Services, Sales and Success Teams to delivery supporting documentation / estimates / quotes to aid the sales process
  • Creation of job briefs / SOWs for client sign off for small to large projects by working and coordinating with the internal teams to scope new work and provide estimates


Key KPIs

  • Delivery of projects within agreed timescales, delays outside of Company’s control agreed with the Operations Director as exceptions.
  • Delivery of projects within budget.
  • Delivery of projects with no bugs outstanding at point of launch.
  • Creation of SOW’s within the customer SLAs


Skill Requirements

  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Have good analysis skills
  • Have excellent budgeting skills
  • Be a good time manager
  • Be Prince2 and/or Agile qualified
  • Have 2-3 years of proven work/education experience in project management
