SUMMARY: Primary responsibility is the timely generation and delivery of customer data feeds as detailed in the daily production log, in addition to any other duties assigned by the VP – Production.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Generates and delivers data feeds as per weekly logs.
· Resizes film stills and US/UK posters to fit company sizing standards, as well as checks images for questionable content (second layer QC).
· Collects and performs minor editing (i.e., trim excess dead space) on international trailers.
· Produces required newspaper timeclocks and directory ads as specified on weekly logs
· Monitors Production inbox and Print Marketing inbox for any actionable customer emails during office hours.
- Interacts with company customers on a limited basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma.
· Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite a plus.
· Commitment to excellence and high standards.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
· Possess organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
· Acute attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
