Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Glasgow. Working in an Agile environment, you will be involved in the full product life cycle of our SaaS solution for movie theatres. You will report into our Senior Product Owner, in charge of our complex website and CRM & Emailing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
As product manager, you will help create and deliver best-in-class solutions for our customers. You will interface between the operations team and our engineering team to make sure clients’ needs are met. You will participate in writing specs, collaborate with our designers to create the best UX possible, prioritize tasks to meet business objectives, and ensure the proper roll-out of new features. You will be a fantastic communicator in order to inform internal teams and external stakeholders of new features built.
- Scope work based on client requirements / business needs
- Create user stories
- Contribute to backlog grooming and maintenance, as well as sprint planning
- Work daily with scrum team to refine user stories and bugs for implementation
- Conduct user acceptance testing
- Roll out new features and communicate internally and externally, creating training materials and tutorials as needed.
Required experience:
As product manager, you must have a good understanding of scrum principles and agile methodology. You will also be familiar with SaaS platforms and the organization around them. You will be a team player and collaborate closely with the sales team, project managers, developers and marketers of the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a product manager or product owner
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts (Agile/Scrum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with website CMS’s (wordpress, shopify, etc.) a plus
- Experience with emailing software (mailjet, etc.) a plus
You will also be excited to work as part of a team spread over France, the US, the UK and Canada, with lots of different accents. If you speak a little French, that’s a plus!
