The candidate must be able to work through requests on a spreadsheet, track status, rename and copy files between local computers and network-based servers.

Responsibilities

– Sort, catalog, and identify DVD and Blu-Ray discs

– “Rip” and transcode data from discs

– Upload information to Google drive and local storage

Skills

– Very strong attention to detail

– Basic familiarity with computer concepts: naming files, copy data between drives, cloud-based systems such as Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive, etc.

– Comfortable with web-based email such as Gmail

– Basic knowledge of spreadsheets such as Excel
