Electronic Data Services Project Coordinator
Purpose: to manage project workflow, assist with managing the various data pipelines, triage and delegate incoming support tickets, qualify software changes, and perform miscellaneous operational tasks as needed in direct assistance to the VP of Electronic Data Services.
Basic duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign and re-prioritize tasks in an agile style workflow
- Qualify and subsequently close tasks that have been completed
- Perform basic triage on support-driven tasks
- Delegate tasks to appropriate internal parties for resolution
- Communicate internally with a diverse, multi-national team
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Sheets/Docs/Slides (or Microsoft Office equivalents)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of data management
- Strong ability to self-manage
- Strong concept of time management and prioritization
- Excellent communication skills
- Dedicated remote work space
Preferred:
- Past experience working with web scraping
- Basic understanding of data pipelines and relational database architecture
- Basic comprehension of APIs and their data structures
- Basic comprehension of computer networking
- Basic knowledge of any of the following programming languages / systems
- C#
- PostgreSQL
- Python
- JavaScript (React / Node / Gatsby a plus)
- Markdown
- Past experience working within Atlassian ecosystem (JIRA / Confluence)
- Past experience working in a remote environment
