B2B Marketing Manager
In this LA-based role, you’ll work to identify and lead the execution of strategic marketing efforts to grow our community and brand, and drive lead generation for our sales team —maximizing ROI, determining key opportunities for brand expansion, and working with the sales and product team to promote new products to prospects and evangelize the use of existing products to clients.
We're looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial marketer with exceptional writing, editing, creative and communication skills. This role will be the department resource to initiate marketing strategies and data storytelling in order to secure new leads for our sales team, and drive our global presence in entertainment technology.
This role requires someone who is self-motivated and able to work well both individually and in a highly collaborative environment. Should have strong project management skills, the ability to work in a global environment and has a passion for developing marketing tactics that leverage both digital and non-digital channels to engage our target customers.
In short, the right person for this position will be able to wear multiple hats! From lead generation for a B2B sales team, corporate marketing and brand positioning to content creation, with some event marketing thrown in, be prepared to be busy, be challenged, and make an impact in our organization.
Imagine, create, and carry out marketing strategies to drive lead generation
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, management) in order to bring the right message, to the right people at the right time
Illustrate creative through graphic design for sales and execution teams
Work with the appropriate stakeholders to create brand guide materials and help direct, develop, and edit content and design as needed
Produce original, compelling content across multimedia channels to implement in integrated marketing campaigns
Craft and support email campaigns, conducting A/B tests and analyzing results to garner insights and optimize future campaigns
Understand our core audiences, what motivates them, and how to leverage social media to influence their hearts and minds
2-3+ years in a marketing demand generation or marketing programs role at a B2B company
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
Able to learn quickly based on edits, feedback, and direction
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
Deep working knowledge of social best practices and proven experience sharing content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and blogging platforms
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, products & systems
Highly analytical and metrics driven. You live for the data and are excited to optimize campaigns using those insights
Results oriented and ability to manage competing priorities
Have a love for the film & entertainment industry
Preferred Education & Experience:
4 year College Degree in Marketing,Communication, Business or related field
Experience in event marketing and SaaS marketing is a PLUS!
